Hello Yellow – World Mental Health Day!

Today we have been supporting World Mental Health Day. The children in Daisy class have all enjoyed exploring and playing with our yellow themed activities and sensory trays.

We have been cutting and mashing bananas, writing and tracing in custard and yellow rice, exploring edible banana foam and making banana faces. What a fun day!

Have a lovely weekend!

Daisy class

We have been enjoying singing ‘Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes’ this week in Daisy class. Have a look at what we have been up to…

This week one of our favourite activities was decorating biscuits. We used icing and sweets to create faces and found our own eyes, ears, mouth and nose!

  –

We also engaged with dough disco to support our fine motor skills. All of the children joined in squeezing, rolling and splatting their playdough.

What a wonderful week!

Twinkle Twinkle

The children in Daisy class have enjoyed lots of learning around the theme of ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’. They have created star artwork with glitter and paint, counted stars in maths and engaged with group rhymes. We are so proud of how well all the children have settled into school life and joined in with a range of fun activities.

Have a look at our wonderful learning.
