Today to celebrate World Mental Health day we have been doing lots of different activities that make us happy and relaxed!
We did Yoga in the hall to help us relax
We decorated biscuits to create our own emoji’s!
Seth looks like hes having fun with the yoga. I think this is brilliant and only can help all the children with mindfulness. Would be really good if this stuff could be weekly. There a great group that come in to schools called relax kids that help with mindfulness you should check them out. Seth’s mum
We are definitely looking at making Yoga a weekly thing! We also do daily sessions of mindful breathing in class to help us keep calm! We will look into the that, it sounds great! Thanks so much

It looks like you had a great day. Well done on getting G involved in yoga! We’ve tried at home but, he much prefers bouncing 🙂 He is always onboard for biscuits though.
