Mental Health Awareness Week
As a family, and to end our mental health week, we
thought it would be nice to focus on all the kind
things we do for each other every day!
Everyone can join in, adding a link every time someone in your family does a kind act.
There are Kind words, kind actions, and kind
thoughts, we all do them every day!
You can draw a picture, write words on your link or
just add a link. Let’s see how long it can get over a week of kindness.
