Why not try some of these Mindful Breathing exercises at home together…

Find a feather and place it in the palm of your hand  – breathe in and out – can you blow the feather off your hand?

If you have a snowglobe – use it to help with your mindful breathing. If not – why not make one out of an empty bottle and some glitter?

Notice how your breathing affects your state of mind and body. Which one is your favourite?
